Who is behind this new angel club?
This new angel club is backed by seasoned and experienced entrepreneurs and angel investors in various kind of markets and disciplines, in coherence with the Investment Themes.
Do you charge any fees?
Joining the investor club is free subject to application approval. We charged a one-off transaction fees for each investment (5%). This fee will cover all the work and coordination effort the lead investor will do on behalf of the other angel investors and also to cover the operation costs of the club.
On successful investments, a 5% performance out of the carried interest will be applied. These fees may be subject to VAT.
Each angel investor, joining the Investor club, needs to approve the related terms and conditions
Is there a minimum amount per deal?
A minimum amount for each member is 20’000CHF per deal.
Is there any investment amount required per calendar year?
There currently is no minimum annual investment requirement for our investor club members. We actively encourage the members to build a diversified portfolio which is also supporting our philosophy. The above could be reviewed following the evolution of the club and how active are the members that have joined.
What kind of deals should be expected?
Deals are sourced according to the investment thesis and themes. Our investment strategy focuses on high potential early stages start-ups in Switzerland and Western Europe.

Are angel investments risky?
Yes, it is a risky asset class. Angel Investing involves substantial risk and many early-stage investments will not be successful.
The decisions and choice of transactions remain the own responsibility of each angel investor. We recommend that the club members should build a diversified portfolio allowing them to spread the risk over time.
